Once a purchase has been completed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. Return Policy – Open Box Video Requirement
To ensure the authenticity and condition of returned items, we require customers to provide a complete, unedited video recording of the package being opened at the time of delivery.
- The video must clearly show the unopened package, the unsealing process, and the condition of the item upon opening.
- Returns will only be considered if the video evidence is provided and the item is shown to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Without a valid unboxing video, we regret that we cannot accept any return, exchange, or refund requests.

Size Exchange Policy (Within 7 Days)
We understand that jewelry sizing can sometimes be tricky. If the jewelry you ordered does not fit, we are happy to offer a one-time size exchange within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Customers must provide the original packaging and invoice.
- The unboxing video requirement still applies to verify the item’s condition upon receipt.
- Customers will be responsible for two-way shipping costs for the size exchange.
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry may not be eligible for size exchange.
